• Submission of data via a white-label website forms a relationship with FormationData Systems Ltd, not the Agent personally

Agents are not authorised to:

• Provide professional advice
• Bind IntroAgents or service providers contractually

5. No Guarantee of Service or Outcome

We do not guarantee that:

• A service provider will accept your enquiry
• You will receive a quotation
• Any service will be suitable for your needs
